Expert roofing company I can always depend on. I have used Source One for a number of house repair projects, over the years. Most recently they installed my new roof. I could not be more satisfied with the installation. They always showed up on time, and the work was perfect! In the past, they have installed numerous new windows in my home and added stylish vinyl siding. They have basically had to rebuild my old house into a palace! Really love these guys, always took care of me. They are honest, sharp, and one great construction company!

"Tim has been working with me on getting my house re-roofed and a new gutter system installed. Clearly, he is very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain so much that I did not know. I imagine I have bothered him with an inordinate number of phone calls and emails, but he has always been gracious and attentive with his answering of both. He also spent a good amount of time helping me secure financing for the roof and took the time to discuss various options of such. He has approached me with professionalism, and he strikes me as a man of integrity. When one of the men working under him made a mathematical error on a contract, Tim made sure to correct that - saving me hundreds of dollars. He also sent me an email clarifying the lower price so there would be clarity concerning the price. I have nothing but praise for Tim, and I will certainly recommend him and Source One to anyone I know who might be looking for similar services. Also...sorry about the four stars on the price. I honestly do not have a basis of comparison. I just know this venture is more expensive than I had anticipated. Regardless, I am excited to have quality roofing and gutters for once!"
"From beginning to end, Source One did a great job on my roof. Tim, the salesman, did a great job explaining the roofing technologies that are used in modern construction and how they apply to the life of the roof. He explained the options available to me and allowed me to choose what was best for my home and budget. $0 down financing is available, which allowed me to replace the roof prior to the sale of my home. The workers were fast and professional. I always thought that roofing was a summer job, but it was bitter cold when the team came out; there was a lot of snow on the ground too. They got the roof installed in two days. They did the best they could to clean up, and then came back when the snow melted to do additional cleanup that couldn’t be done due to the snow cover. They also offered me a 30 year transferable warranty on both parts and service. The warranty is great peace of mind for me and any prospective buyer of the home. Also, the finished product looks really nice. I would use them again and/ or recommend them to my friends"
